These work really well. I now have multiple sets

Works great
This is the 2nd time I have ordered more of these caps. I use them for fermenting and especially need quite a few for making Fire Cider in half gallon jars. They work perfectly, although I don’t use the date feature as I move the dial when I shake the jars. I use Sharpie Paint Pens to mark right on the jars and it washes off easily with soapy water when I’m done.
