Great quality and strong. Perfect choice for my kitchen collection

Bought to go with a new round bottomed work. The spatula end is rounded the same shape as the wok , so you can scrape up the contents of the wok and prevent them burning or sticking. It works really well. Really happy with this as good quality sturdy stainless steel, happy in the dishwasher. The only thing was that the corners were too sharp and stuck into the wok initially, until we filed them back slightly using a whetstone. Now perfect. The carbon steel round bottomed wok together with this item are a gamechanger for stirfries. Have read a lot of nonsense reviews about seasoning the woks. We found it easy but you need to do it regularly and ventilate your kitchen well.

I like this spatula, very good to stir food in a wok and very light to handle. Thank you.

Good solid quality and feel highly recommended

Bought this to compliment my recently purchased School of Wok carbon steel wok. Spatula has a great feel in the hand and appears good quality with a lovely finish. Only minor gripe I have is that the edges are quite sharp so do catch on the wok sometimes if you aren’t careful. Overall it’s a great bit of kit and has taken my wok game to the next level (especially when doing fried rice).

Spedizione perfetta. La paletta è molto bella e soprattutto molto robusta. Avrei preferito che in quelle misure avesse il fine manico in legno per evitare il surriscaldamento. Ma il suo peggior difetto è che dovrebbe adattarsi perfettamente a qualunque wok però forse si adatterebbe meglio al wok della stessa serie: infatti con il mio, acquistato in un negozio di prodotti asiatici, e fatto di ferro (carbon steel), succede che ad ogni giro della paletta lo graffia in maniera vistosa e perdurante. Magari è normale, non avendo esperienza in materia non saprei dare un giudizio più preciso. Per usarlo lo uso, però mi spiace...

The edge is much too sharp. Scraped the seasoning off my wok (down to bare metal) and into the food I was cooking (most unappetizing). Tossed it after one use.

Well made and fit for purpose

Gute Wokspatel für den Hausgebrauch. Die Länge passt für meinen 33cm Wok, die Form ist perfekt, die Spatel liegt satt in der Hand, der Griff bleibt angenehm kühl. Das Material lässt sich gut reinigen, keine Fugen oder Schmutzfängerkanten. Bin sehr zufrieden. Und verwende die Wokspatel nun auch zum Bratkartoffelwenden in meiner Turk Eisenpfanne. P.S. zur Korrosionsbeständigkeit (Thema Geschirrspüler) kann ich nichts sagen, da ich meine Küchengeräte ausschließlich per Hand spüle.
