Mio Skincare Workout Wonder Invigorating Muscle Motivating Gel, 100ml

My wife suffers from Fibromyalgia and I usually rub in Deep Heat, which apart from being very smelly only had a limited effect. This stuff on the other hand smells of mint is easier to apply and she says works really well.Trouble is she keeps giving people some to try so it will no doubt need replacing soon.

Ooooohh! I REALLY like this!This is a little wonder balm. Its great before exercise - as it has a stimulating and uplifting smell and effect, but its also great after a workout for tired muscles.It has a wonderful spearmint smell and it warms the skin soothing it. It contains among other things; Arnica (a known remedy for shocks, sprains and bruising, spearmint, which is antiseptic, cleansing, uplifting and soothing, and shea butter - one of the most popular and best moisurisers.It has a tingling astringent effect. I use a little on my temples and forehead after a long hard stressful day and it feels lovely.I've never come across a muscle soother that smells this good before. Most have a horrid medicinal smell. At around £21 it dosnt cost much more than a chemist brand. This is definitely worth a try. A little goes a long way.

Thanks, I have to say I always get bad sore muscles when I hit the gym or after a long day at work in front of thr PC all day. But this stuff helps relax my muscles and it actually makes me feel less stressed, love it, thanks mio skincare.
