Decent little heater
I already had the slightly bigger version of this heater and needed another smaller oil heater for my small caravan bathroom so bought this smaller version and it is good. It is also low wattage for a heater but still kicks out some heat and does for a short while after turning it off. It's sturdy as well. I would only recommend this for a small space like a caravan bathroom or under a desk to keep you warm while you work. I now have three De'Longhi oil heaters, this one, the bigger version of this and the dragon and they are all decent study, reliable heaters that are also economical. If you're looking for heaters for your caravan or motor-home, this nano version is good for a smaller area. Don't usually write reviews on here, but I had bought a (different brand) cheaper smaller oil heater for £22 which was 650watts, but it was rubbish and flimsy so I went back to De'Longhi and i just think it's better to pay a little bit more, you'll get a better, more reliable product.

Great
Brilliant little heater!! Heats up the room quickly. Had a few of these oil heaters and this is worth the extra few quid!! Does a better job than some of the bigger ones I've had. Easy to use. Switch on and adjust temp

Seriously powerful little heater
This heater has surpassed all expectations and has replaced my previous 2000w as my main heater now.Was originally bought as a secondary top up heater but this has now relegated the other to a spare. While previously I needed two heaters to warm my property, this little powerhouse is currently holding things down solo.Don't let the small size or wattage fool you, this heater is incredibly powerful for the size and kicks out a decent amount of heat even on the lower settings. I've never had to turn this heater above 3/5 due to how much it puts out. Set and forget thermostat for added efficiencyAdmittedly I live in a small property so experience may vary, but anyone in a flat, bungalow or student dorm should seriously consider investing in this oil heaterSolid, robust design with a decent weight, so no risk of knocking it over and it looks adorable sat in the room. Takes up very little space and can fit into most spaces. Would also be good for use underneath a desk in an officeWould definitely recommend to anyone looking for a small, solid and robust, oil filled radiator

Ideal for small spaces... not for a medium/large room.
I needed a top up heater for a medium sized room and was hoping that this smaller and cheaper option would do the job. Unfortunately it did not measure up to heating the medium sized room and I should have gone for the larger heater. Ok for under a desk to keep your legs warm.I rated 4 stars as it does the job it is supposed to do, and no more.

Great for cold nights at the caravan…
I bought for my caravan mainly as a cheap energy alternative to taking the overnight chill off at the beginning and end of the season. It’s still usually cold in April and this little thing did the job very nicely over the Easter bank holiday and will now give me comfort, and three extra months of weekends away in April, September and October. Very happy with the product, you could clearly see and feel the quality. I felt reassured by this delonghi…

Really good
I looked at a lot of options and some Which reviews. I eventually settled on buying this one on the basis of price, compact size, and it's a known brand. I also decided that simpler was better so, no remote controls and displays to go wrong. Anyway, I'm using it in my small office space on the end of the garage. Gets very cold overnight. This lovely little heater gets really hot really quickly, is quiet and does the job perfectly. I would recommend this smart, compact device and have considered buying another for a family member as a back up heater.

500W heater, great purchase!
With the ever-rising cost of electricity, the big 2kW heaters will cost an arm and a leg. This little 500W heater does a marvellous job, even at "2" it heats our bedroom up to a perfect 18°C. Considering it goes up to 6, I'm sure itll do a great job with bigger rooms as well.

Does n't quit hit the spot
I recently purchased the De'Longhi TRNS0505M Oil Filled Radiator 0.5Kw, as a top-up heater. I am somewhat disappointed with my purchase as it does n’t quite hit the spot.My intention was to use it under my desk for added warmth while working during the winter season.Having previously bought a Dimplex oil-filled radiator with a 2Kw capacity, I encountered similar disappointments. Neither quite hit the spot during a cold winter.I have good memories of older Dimplex older “flat panel" oil-filled radiators, which I found to be more effective. They are superior and give off a nice radiant warmth. You can't beat that. They take up more space. I don’t think these oil-filled radiators like they used to.Despite being aware that the De'Longhi TRNS0505M is a 0.5Kw unit, the more powerful 2kw Dimplex, was n’t much better. However, I appreciate the smaller size of the De'Longhi, allowing me to conveniently use it under my desk. The Dimplex was too tall to fit under my desk. It is easy to move the De'Longhi around, as not too heavy. It does not have castor wheel, but I don't they are are needed. The temperature control system seems outdated. Adjusting the temperature to a specific degree, like 22C, proves hard, due to the simplistic knob with settings ranging from 1 to 6. The oil heater cools down rapidly, when turned off, leaving no residual heat.I still use a fan heater, which warms the air in the house, but provides a different kind of heat, but the things in the house still feel cold to the touch. There is no perfect product. I wish manufacturers would come with a product which ‘hits’ the spot during winter time.I would still consider purchasing the De'Longhi TRNS0505M again. It is well made. I am hoping someone comes up with something better, which gives off both warm air and radiant heating.
