Extra nice pull down shower kit
I knew to choose a quality, nice looking product and glad I chose this one in chrome. Chose it also bc this pull down shower head was larger when others were way too small. I have really enjoyed this in my beautiful renovated bath!

Expensive but the guarantee is worth the price
We spent the money for the Moen shower head because of their amazing guarantee. If it breaks, even after 10 or more years, the company sends you a new one, for free. Worth the money!Looks amazing in the shower in our guest bathroom. Great water pressure. Not very heavy and was easy to install.

Cheaply made, POORLY designed.
Installed for 2 weeks and one day the shower switch just failed. An emergency call to our plumber and $110 later, he showed me the cheap plastic gasket in the faucet that failed. He ended up caulking it in to make it work but honestly, Moen, your design team purely and simply sucks. You should be ashamed to sell something so badly designed and so crappily made. Seriously underimpressed. You are charging champagne prices for bargain basement design and flawed, shoddy work. Boo, hiss. We won't even get into the poor water pressure, shall we? no doubt due to the plastic gasket.Further update:2 weeks later the shower head fell off, striking my 89 year old father on the arm and causing deep bruising. We were lucky it didn't hit him in the head.Buyer beware, buy at your own risk. better yet, buy another brand. Moen sucks.

Middle Moen Quality
Moen makes kitchen and bath hardware for many different markets from low to high in cost. Typically, COSCO, is the lowest quality and the cost reflects that as it's usually for a replacement in a rental property. I was expecting this quality in this unit but found it be middle market quality and looks pretty good considering the cost. This unit has all the features I wanted especially with the shower supply coming off the shower drop at the top and not on the tub filler----much more metal in all the parts including the tub filler----pretty solid rig for the price.

Perfect for a guest bath!
The pressure is amazing, and I love being able to switch between the regular shower head and the handheld wand—especially for rinsing my kids hair or cleaning the tub. Installation was super easy, and I did it myself in under 15 minutes.
