Perfect fit for course threaded 1/4 - 20 rod
This were purchased for my craft projects.It is the finishing touch to the bottom of my repurposed birdfeeders. I add a bit of silicone loktite for added weathering.

Lot better than factory supplied acorn nuts.
These were the right size to replace the license plate acorn nuts on my 2001 Volvo. They should also work on many other Volvo models. They look nicer and hopefully won't rust like the original factory ones.
