Perfect for cruise!
Super great! I loved these on my cruise. They are thinner than i expected but made them way easy to pack and they held the towels perfectly.

Apr 6, 2024 Update: Just got back from a cruise and they were PERFECT. If you've been on a cruise you know how windy the deck can be. Used a couple each and the towels didn't budge an inch. These were so convenient and easily fit in a pocket. Or you can roll up your towel and then wrap 1 or 2 of these around it to hold the roll together.Definitely get the larger 0.7 inch size. They were very strong and stretched well over three different sized beach chairs we used. Plus they're so much less dorky looking than the chair clips. HahaRecommended.======Previous review:Everyone has been complaining about the size, so I spent a couple bucks more and got the larger width. They are perfect at the 0.7" width, I think. See the photo.They stretch appropriately and seem to return back adequately, so I don't think they'll get deformed too much with use. We'll see how they fare in the direct sun on a beach chair!The colors are great--varied and bright. Don't overpay for these giant "rubber" bands. Because that's really all they are!Recommended.

Good alternative when you wish you had a super large rubber band
I got these for the non-standard use of holding plastic on my winter sowing pots. I put lightweight plastic (like saran wrap, or leftover packaging) over the top and some holes in that. This lets light and water in (and air), but helps keep animals out. These fit 9 and 10-inch pots w/o much stretching, and I just tried it on a 15-inch pot as well, which is probably about the upper limit. (The internet informs me that a circle with a 15-inch diameter is about 47 inches, FWIW.)I'm happy with the size, strength, and appearance of these.

Handy bands to hold your towel on windy cruise decks (& save your chair!).
These towel bands come in bright , beautiful colors! The case they come in will be handy and will make packing them easy! The bands are not as wide/thick as bands I have purchased previously. I worry they may be hard to see and may break easily. Time will tell!

Worked great!
We used these on a cruise and they were easy to pack, carry and use. No bulky clips and I see these could be used for many other things.

Good for beach chairs
I have large chairs for the beach and it fit really well. Having regularly visitors, they can choose their color!
