ChatGPT and Healthcare: The Key To New Future of Medicine

Perfect start for ChatGPT novices & advanced on ChatGPT use-cases
I just finished my reading of "ChatGPT and Healthcare: The Key To New Future of Medicine" and found it incredibly useful to anyone interested in Healthcare and how it will change in the upcoming years. The writer lays down current challenges in healthcare and describes how such a tool has the key to drastically changing them for the better.I liked the fact the book is not technical and enables anyone involved in the industry as well as those who are just curious to get a glimpse of the future. My only suggestion here is to expand the book for follow-up editions, as in the speed things are evolving I'm sure many new use-cases as well as success stories from the existing ones will keep on poping up.Well done!

sloppy and lacking insight
for context, i’m a strategy consultant for digital health companies and bought the book to deep-dive on healthcare applications of chatGPT more than mainstream news/podcast coverage.i personally found the prose really sloppy and distracting—it honestly reads like a first draft. that aside, most of the book describes pretty unoriginal applications of generative AI (e.g., virtual assistants) or low-impact ones (e.g., medication adherence reminders, which are done fairly well without generative AI). the rest is kind of the author’s wild speculation on applications that feel borderline dangerous (e.g., using ChatGPT to triage patients experiencing depression or anxiety). perhaps unintentionally, the author also often states some of his opinions as facts (e.g., “this is the future of medicine; patients will feel more comfortable speaking to a Chatbot about depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues”).would unfortunately not recommend.

Definitely worth reading!
I recently read "ChatGPT and Healthcare: The Key To New Future of Medicine" by Harvey Castro and found it to be an incredibly informative and thought-provoking read. The author does an excellent job of explaining the potential of using large language models like ChatGPT in healthcare, and the ways in which it could revolutionize the field of medicine.I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in the intersection of AI and healthcare. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the potential benefits and challenges of using ChatGPT in healthcare. It is a must-read for anyone working in the field who wants to explore applying the technology to their daily work.

Thought Provoking Read!!
Chat GPT was released on November 30th of 2022 and this book was published January 5th of 2023. I found the chapters both engaging and thought provoking. They were complete with prompts, medical applications, and integrations to make the AI more accessible. Especially given the turn-around time from AI release to publication, I was impressed with the author's ability to dive deep into such a new tool that revolutionizes more industries than just healthcare. It provides an optimistic outlook towards the future of AI and provokes conversations as the technology is embraced.

This should not be called a book
The book hardly explains what ChatGPT is. It’s full of unsubstantiated opinions of the author. There’s very little content of value except the mantra of how ChatGPT will help everything in medicine. At best, this should be a blog or term paper, not a book that folks have to pay to read.

Not worth the read, lots of typos, probably written by chatbots
I don't think the author did any serious edits on his ebook & wanted a quick buck. Lots of typos, a lot of pages that repeat itself & sentences that don't connect to one another. Please be wary.

Great read
Great read. ChatGPT should really help healthcare providers. Will be interesting to see how providers, companies, and more leverage ChatGPT. Dr. Castro does a great job here. Good easy fun read!

On the path towards the ChatGPT journey for Helathcare
This book is just a start of the ChatGPT in Healthcare journey. Dr Castro is actually opening the path to that journey and I've already ordered his second book "ChatGPT and Healthcare: Unlocking the Potential of Patient Empowerment".

So so bad
Sloppy, lack of references, and the few one are badly citated. A lot of repetition, needs a good editing. Brings some interesting information (a very dew) otherwise it was just platitudes. Before writing a book with AI, better learn how to prompt correctly....
