Absolutely Brilliant
Please wear protective gloves and a filtered mask when using this product. It may be water based, but it's potent and can irritate your respiratory system. For removing black mould; it is fantastic. 10 out of 10. You can literally see the mould being washed away with the spray.I transferred 500ml into a spray bottle. I used a very small amount compared to other products, so I have loads left over and the walls I treated look like new.The smell is similar to that of a swimming pool, but stronger, so be careful.

Effective mould neutraliser
I bought this solution specifically to use in a fogger as we had a severe black mold & dry rot problem. The soil pipe had also cracked so basically the whole area needed to be treated as part of the house renovations and the active ingredient (I checked the manufacturers safety data sheet online) showed me it was ideal for the job. The consistency was ideal to use in the fogger. I suppose you could always apply with a brush. I chose to cover up with a hazmat suit, respirator and goggles - you don't want to breathe this in. I accidentally caught a breath or two and it made me cough quite a bit. Also keep all animals and fish well away. It's not majorly toxic, and degrades quite quickly though. Just follow the instructions! It is the chemical of choice when your faced with a severe problem, bleach just won't work. So far, so good. No return of any of the problems!

Effective on mould and blackening due to water
I sprayed this on a little part of black mould caused near the bathtub. After keeping it for 2 hours and spraying it out with water, the mould went away immediately. There was some black residue from water on the floor which is still there despite repeated sprays. However, I will be trying it for a few weeks every other day to gauge if it will help on a the floor too.Overall, good product.

Works really well
Works really well. Our bathroom upstairs used to be a bedroom and there is no airblock so now and again little black marks start to appear on the ceiling and wall near the shower. Its a bit difficult when you are trying to spray this on the ceiling as it falls all over you, and anything below it - and continues to do so when you leave it on - and it seeps colour out of things it lands on. You need a sheet under the area if you are doing a ceiling. But it really clears the mould. Leave it on for a short while, brief wipe away and its done. The smell is very strong, best to have a window open

Outstanding, impresive
I used to use the HG brand and it has been working fairly well, however I switched to this to see if I could prevent mould. This stuff is impressive. I’ve used on a painted wall and skirting board, bathtub, taps, tiles and grout, and a pvc window and sealant. For active mould, you can actually see it get to work instantly. The black of the mould fades immediately to a brown and then orange very quickly. At this point I walked away to go get the door, but by the time I was back, the mould was gone. It was the same on all surfaces, it started working instantly and by the time I came back to it (always merely minutes) the mould was gone and the area was clean. Anything that was supposed to be white was dazzling white. I do have some staining to the sealant under one window, however I think this is actual staining and not active mould and therefore it was left over from the previous cleaner I used and not to the fault of this one.I’ve only just used it today so I’m not sure how it does for mould prevention, but as far as removal goes I am very, very happy indeed.

Not sure if this is effective yet
Only time will tell. It's almost out smell, or at least I couldn't really detect any. I simply decanted some of it, neat, into a spray bottle and soaked the area, and I left it to dry. I'm not planning to wash it off, I'm going to plaster over it.
