The book indeed speaks about the golden and significant mantras to lead a serene life. Moreover the ups and downs of life makes us forget that we are a product of divinity and bliss. This book can make you realise that what ideally is larger picture than the superficial struggles of materialistic life.

This is not what i was expecting ..but it is good book to keep you on track and build faith and courage to move forward in hard times

I enjoyed Matt Kahn’s book and his natural way to story tell and weave in his teachings. I read it quickly and felt I got a lot out of it. I’ll read more of his books!

Matt Kahn ist meines Erachtens einer der besten spirituellen Lehrer unserer Zeit. Eigentlich bin ich kein Fan von "10 Regeln", "7 Geheimnisse" und solcherart Titeln, aber bei Matt Kahn funktioniert selbst das. Die "10 goldenen Regeln" sind verblüffend einfach und nachvollziehbar -- und gleichzeitig sehr kraftvoll.
