Microplane Classic Printed Lime Zester (Tropical Palm)

When I purchased this, I questioned the expense... I simply wasn't sure it was worth it. However, now that I have it, and have used it, I'd say it is completely worth it! First, it's very well constructed: the handle is very comfortable to hold, and the blade portion is sharp, and does a great job of grating foods (yeah, as with any other grater, you have to be careful!). I love the fact that the handles come in a variety of colors! Seems such a simple thing, but I like having utensils that look as good as they function! Like almost everything I buy, this utensil is dishwasher safe. When purchasing this grater, I did not notice it comes with a sheath / sleeve for storing! What a great idea! Keeps my grater from potentially getting banged around in my storage drawer, and possibly damaging its sharpness! The length of the grater is perfect, allowing for a good amount of grating surface, making your grating much more effective (more grating surface makes for faster, easier grating, if you take advantage of the overall grating surface!). It's so easy to hold the microplane in one hand, while grating / zesting, and turning a lemon around in the other. I highly recommend this microplane.

I bought this because I knew I’d have to zest a lot of citrus fruit for my Christmas cookies. I zested 16 lemons in minutes. The zest was so amazingly fine that I didn’t have to chop it up like I did with my prior zester. I used to leave so much so much zest on the fruit with my prior zester that did not happen with this microplaner. No zest was left behind. The blades are so sharp that it takes very little pressure to zest. Love this thing and wish I’d bought it years ago.

I make a cranberry relish that requires the zest of an orange and a lemon. Until I bought this zester, I'd just used my old, box grater - a pain in the butt and not particularly good at the job. This tool is almost literally a life-changer - so easy to use and does a beautiful job. With the box grater, it was way too easy to dig too deep into the fruit, resulting in some (bitter) pith getting mixed in with the zest. That totally did *not* happen with my new zester. Love love love it (and you can't beat the price).

This is an item you should be buying once in your life....unless you work in a kitchen and "lose" it. Spend the extra few bucks and get this over ANY other brand....Get the handle you want, even if it's a couple bucks more...You will end up getting more use out of it then you imagined, and believe me...You will never have a complaint with one of these.

We’d been looking for a zested for a while, since it is frequently required for our Hello Fresh meals.This was a very good purchase, makes it so much simpler and easier then the workarounds we had been using.

I have bought many zesters and this one finally works. What's great is I have my knuckles in tact when I complete my task.

Microplane プレミアム ゼスターグレーター ブラック MP-0611との記載から購入したのに中国製の類似品（百均？）でした。

値段が下がったので、購入したところ。中国から偽物が届きました。そっくりな形状のコピー品が多いので、マーケットプレイス業者にはご注意ください。

I've owned several microplanes before and would only buy this brand. Only bought this as one of mine went walkies at work. Bought another one too, as it was orange, because reasons.I use 2 all during service, one for parmesan and one for lime zest and nutmeg etc. Their compact size makes them ideal when adding finishing touches to a dish. Great build quality and a ergonomic handle that makes frequent use a doddle.Highly recommended for the home gamer or professional chef.Pro Chef tip. When zesting fruit, invert the microplane and draw it across the skin of the fruit. This means the zest is collected in the "U" shaped channel and you can see how much zest is being removed, as opposed to rubbing the fruit over the plane. It makes a HUGE difference 👨‍🍳
