The media could not be loaded. Having ordered another brand of waterfall (All Pond Solutions) which had to be returned due to poor welds and damaged threads where hosetail screws in I took the plunge (pardon the pun) and ordered this one. The waterfall was much better quality in every way and hose connections fitted like a dream. Unfortunately the light bar connection was damaged and led did not work. I contacted the seller who immediately dispatched a new light bar and was to be received a few days later. Due to time constraints I elected to return this waterfall and ordered another on Prime next day delivery. Got an immediate refund from Amazon and the new waterfall arrived in perfect condition and working order (after replacing the battery in the remote as it was dead). Installed in Gabion Wall the waterfall worked perfectly running it off a 6500 lph pump with a 3 way splitter. The longer blade on the waterfall creates a silky smooth stream of water clearing the gabion with no dribbling.. The seller in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. If you are looking for a quality waterfall with excellent customer service look no further.. 5 stars all day long.

Only gripes with this are1) There's no under drip guard so needs positioning on edge of pond as water runs back under spout.2) No pre moulded/ drilled Hanging/fixing points.Therefore you'll have to make your own cradle to hold it.That said compared to local suppliers equipment it's still great value. The led light is great with choice of colours and light levels. Generates a lot of air in the pond and makes a good splosh. Probably thanks to the internal divides that separate the water.If your looking for an even flow like blades,this won't be suitable!

Unfortunately, can't give this zero stars. This is a build into a wall water feature. We built it first externally to check it was working before building. It worked fine. We then built it into the wall as per its design. Worked for two weeks and then the LED lights stopped working. Contacted Amazon, explained the situation and they offered a refund if I returned the water feature. This would have cost hundreds of pounds to demolish the wall and eventually rebuild it. Not a viable option for me as this area is now fully landscaped. Poor product and poor customer service from Amazon.

Absolutely gorgeous. We built new pond and this feature looks amazing we love it.

The actual blade is good however the light does not work properly it's very intermittent

It's good value for money and it doesn't leak!The only issue I had with it was that the positioning of the wiring cable for the led strip light was not taken into account when designing it. It completely spoilt the appearance of water blade because it was just left to protrude over the waterfall.I managed to fix this problem by feeding the wire through a small, watertight 'gland' and fitting it to the rear of the water chamber. It now looks very impressive and, if the manufacturer had done that in the first place, they could have sold it for a lot more money!After saying all of that, I'm very happy with it now 👍

The LED lights broke after a few weeks of use. I contacted the supplier and their customer service was excellent - agreed to send a replacement without hesitation.
