Very good so far. Easy to hide in juice or water. No taste. I just really don’t know if they help you go to bathroom but maybe in time I will notice a difference.

I like this product, because I don't have to take pills and it works very well for me

First time I use liquid magnesium. It really relaxes me so I get a good night sleep. Great product.

Very easy on kids stomach

I’m not totally sure about this yet. I think it’s fine- but absolutely needs shaken! It does say this on the bottle.The nutrients seem to settle at the bottom so there is definitely separation if you don’t shake before every use.There is not much of a flavor at all. It is a bit chalky if taken alone, but mix a well in liquid.I do like that I can give it to my children (it has dosing for kids/ages) in just about anything without them knowing.

Magnesium is not far the worst I've ever bought. I buy it for my son's constipation. It came in a weird white box, not even a normal box that you would expect. I believe it is Chinese made, which is fine, but it feels not safe to take. It's also not fully dissolved and grainy to drink as you can see from the picture.I never ever review products. Ever. So this review is saying a lot
