Not the most reliable, quite flimsy
I bought these to prove to the missus that my body fat was less than 15%, instead I proved it was 20% or was it 17% or maybe somewhere in between 15% and 20%.....very flimsy, but very cheap and value for money is tainted by the fact they are so hard to use accurately. Buy a more sturdy set is my recommendation.
