It doesn't just get rid of smells, it also seems to make many vegetables and meats last longer as long as they are stored with reasonable airflow in the fridge. I change them about once quarterly, occasionally more frequently when I've accidentally let something get bad in the fridge.This is probably once of the few products where I wish there were more stars that I could give.

Excellent Product! It cleared up terrible refrigerator smells promptly! Thankfully, I ordered the 4 pack, so I'm prepared for future oders!

Don't be discouraged if this product doesn't work overnight. It takes awhile.I had a terrible odor emanating from my fridge. Took everything out, tossed food and washed everything down. Nothing helped. Even had a repair technician in to see if he could advise. He checked for any openings for critters and for any type of spills that could cause the smell. He had no answers, other than telling me I had a big problem.I tried baking soda with NO results. So, as a last resort, I tried this deodorant product. I placed one in the refrigerator and one in the freezer. Both areas have circulating fans. It has taken its time, but has started to work well. It has taken roughly two weeks to get results, but they are positive. I will be ordering more just to be sure this odor NEVER comes back. Sometimes things are worth the money you spend on them. This is one of them.

Great product so far. Put in my refrigerator and within 30 mins, it was smelling good.

Office fridge/freezer. Every holiday I put the frozen turkey in the office freezer cause there's no room at the house. Didn't retrieve it this year, cause we all got sick and called off holiday dinner. Then the power went out at the office. 12 days later we all came back to work to the smell of death in the whole office. Worse, when we found out what it was. Nasty turkey with juice everywhere and a big bad of rotten vegetables. Took the fridge outside, sprayed it down with the hose and disinfectant. Still smelled awful. Let it sit in the sun. Still bad. Plugged it in and put two giant trays of baking soda in there for a week. Still pretty bad. Got four of these NonScents things. Put two in the freezer, two in the fridge. Took a few days, but did the job. Left them in there and now you'd never know it ever happened. Way better than baking soda and saved me from having to buy a new fridge.

This couldn’t get to me fast enough. I have cleaned my fridge 4 times since I ordered these and keeping the smell of fresh broccoli and cauliflower toned down is not easy to do. It’s bad enough I’m OCD but when this was delivered it was the first thing I opened. I design has plenty of open slots, it fits perfectly in my fridge, cost is reasonable and worth the price. I open the fridge now and NO Smell, it works fast

The deodorizer seems much more portent when first placed in your refrigerator. Still, this is a more effective product than plain baking soda.

We mistakenly left a package of tortillas in the fridge which completely turned to mold during our 2 month absence. You can't believe how that permeated and contaminated both the fridge and freezer. Even after thoroughly cleaning we could not get rid of that awful smell. Everything was ruined and stocking new food in there was a waste because it just picked up that smell and taste. We were desperate, so why not try this?Even though it took a couple of weeks to eliminate all of that smell, we thankfully don't have to buy a new refrigerator.
