My has thinned and feels dry and frizzy. I use the shampoo, conditioner and sometimes apply the hair mask. I was looking for a shampoo and hair conditioner to help reduce my hair loss. I see considerably less hair in the shower and shine back to my hair. Although my hair is still somewhat dry and frizzy. I started feeling less hair loss after used about 3/4 of the bottle. Because unlike many other shampoos the ingrients of this product contains many natural plant derivatives, I would recommend its frequent use such as after gym.
