Do any of the USB ports have power, and if so, will it be enough to charge my phone?

The USB ports do work, I constantly have at least two devices plugged in to my bungee. I have managed to charge my phone through but I don't charge my phone through it often!

Like someone previously said, it has RGB lighting but cannot be controlled by yourself.

Can you power this with a usb charger and is it necessary if you connect an external hd, please?

Is there some way I could keep the colour blue as everything in my setup lights up blue
