Good magnesium for sleep issues
I have pmdd and perimenopausal. I have had issues with insomnia and just all around poor sleep quality. I read a lot about getting magnesium glycinate as a good supplement to help with insomnia.

These magnesium pills work fantastic. I take my dose a couple hours before bedtime and I truly believe that it helps me sleep better. I haven't had leg cramps for as long as i've been taking them.
