Q: Can you use these for hot drinks?

They work with hot drinks but the mug does get warm

Gun metal plated. But they look and work perfectly. We love them

Q: Does anyone know how to get in contact with the manufacturer? the handles on my set are starting to detach from the cup. I've had them since Christmas

I am trying to locate the manufacture as well. I have the same problem as well. I will post if I find any information.
