Started developing mold within a few weeks
I started seeing a layer of mold develop on the gummies within a few weeks of purchasing this. Up until then they were fine.

These have become a daily staple for me. Not only do they taste delicious—with just the right balance of natural sweetness and earthy beet flavor—but they also meet all my nutritional needs. I appreciate how easy they are to take on the go, whether I'm heading to the gym or just running errands. The convenience factor is huge—no mess, no prep, just grab and chew. And honestly, for the quality and effectiveness, the price is perfect. These have replaced a few other supplements I was taking. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something healthy and hassle-free!

For lower cost, you can alternate Snap with an inexpensive beet powder. And there are other good brands. But if you pay for a premium beet extract--i do suggest: A. pick one that tastes great. And: B. avoid added arginine or citrulline, a variation of arginine, to increase performance-enhancine NO (nitric oxide). Arginine enables viral infections. The better additive is "red spinach"--to boost NO without arginine. Also, unlike ordinary spinach, "red spinach" does not contain unhealthy "oxalic acid." Arginine is often promoted as an "anti-aging" nutrient. However, if you visit forums for chronic viral infections--they will warn to avoid arginine. On the other hand--one of the best methods to reduce viral invections is lysine--especially if you have cold sores. This is because lysine, similar to arginine, fools the virus that needs arginine to reproduce. Lysine is an "essential amino acid," generally said to have no toxic effect. large doses such as 2-6 "super lysine plus" daily can be taken for a few weeks or months with no side effects. However, after taking 1-2 lysine daily for decades, i find that such a high level for long periods does cause painful joints. Therefore, i only take 1/2 tablet Super Lysine Plus every 2 days. Also, in my personal theory, beets are a natural balance for lysine. Because--if lysine suppresses the side effects of arginine, it might also suppress the benefits. The primary benefit of arginine is NO, or the youth-enhancing effects of available oxygen to the muscles. Beets are also a "blood builder" and shown to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy. Do not mix beets with fruit or with powerful greens such as wheat grass juice. That gets rather mud-like. Otherwise however--beets go very well with any non-fruit food or drink. Beets also are sweet. The first forms of sugar were made from beets. So if you like sweet milk or coffee--try adding a little beet powder. Depending on the type of beet formula, this can taste good or bad. In my experience, Snap cherry lime flavor is one of the good ones. Snap can be habit forming. But is probably a very good habit. If you heard of "color balancing." We should eat lotts of green and lots of red. Only beets and liver are really red. And liver is only healthy in small doses. By the way. Snap beet powder happens to go extremely well with Chinese food. Such as egg foo yong and egg rolls. In addition to whatever sauces and dressings you normally enjoy.

I have used this for a week now and believe that it does work. The odd part is that I do feel energetic but I also feel relaxed. Recovery time seems to be less, and overall well being has improved. I, at this point can not attest to long term use, but I believe it should be sustainable. The taste is good however there are still some gritty particles left in the bottom of the water bottle. The powder can be a tad messy, because of the scoop size and the fineness of the powder especially when trying to get it into a plastic water bottle (disposable one), so a small funnel is highly recommended. Overall, so far I like this product and will continue to use it.
