Great！I like it! Its really useful! Great small cleaner! My kitchen and bathroom seemed always dirty and a regular mop never got them clean, just swished around dirty water. The floor pattern has little indentations that trap dirt. After unpacking the mop this morning, I put it to the test try to change those multifunction pad. So easy to put together. My floor was much cleaner and the mop worked effortless. No more scrubbing on my hands & knees with bleach. I hope it continues to perform just as beautifully. I'm going to clean the floor at least once a week now!I have to say, this mop deserves its 5-stars.Steam is great - heats up super quick and if general cleaning can cover most of 800 sf of flooring in the about 20 min it used to take one hour with a regular mop! It worth this price

What I don’t like about this item is the water canister is so small.I was deep cleaning my fridge and I had to constantly refill it with water.The steamer works ok for small jobs.

BEST steam mop we have ever had. And its so easy to clean. Wish the cord was a bit longer.

Putting it together was easy enough but it did not have strong enough steam to remove the scum on the shower door. Returned it.

Normally I don't write reviews until I've had the product a while - a month at a minimum, but I'm very impressed with this product. If you like gadgets, which I normally don't, there's a gadget for everything, which makes it kind of fun. It worked well as a steamer on my wood floors, although it did not leave the shine I'm used to, my floors feel really clean. My favorite thing has been cleaning the walls. Handprints, gunk and crayons have just been coming off within seconds. Beats scrubbing with the ol' magic eraser! My only complaint is I wish each gadget kind of had a label on it so I knew what it was and what it could be used to clean. Great product, had it a week and can't wait to use it again.

I thought this steam mop would be great due to its portable function. However, it's too heavy and difficult to use. It also doesn't look like the one in the picture. Because that at least appears to be easier than trying to use this gigantic 'portable' piece that is the size of a large hand vacuum and too heavy to use easily. The steam mop its self seems to work well; My floors do feel clean. But it's not very easy to push around. I wish I would've gotten a Shark or a Bissell. Hopefully I can give this to someone else and upgrade later.

I have used this steamer for several weeks and could not be more pleased. I received no discounts or free products. This steam mop has made mopping a breeze. It is easy to handle and not too heavy or cumbersome. It is made well, the cord is as long as my vacuum cord. The water reservoir holds enough water for me to completely mop my house without refilling. I have laminate flooring and porcelain tile. It cleans both very well. It has variable steam so I can set it for lower steam for my laminate floors and higher steam for the tile. It is a great product.

Too complicated to use compared to the other one i had. I couldn't find it anywhere until i got this one and it was too late.I wish i never bought itand of course i through the box out and the rest of the paperwork. Without it i cant do anything with it.
