Do not buy
I have no experience with steam cleaners and this was my introduction to them. I would simply say, do not buy this product. For starters it does not warm up in 30 seconds. It also doesn't clean particularly well. Just tried to use it for the second time and whilst it's warm to the touch It won't produce any steam! It might just be that I have a faulty product but I'm definitely returning mine.

Disappointing
This production is very disappointing. It had great atatchments with it but it doesn't produce much steam at all. It didn't do a good job at cleaning we tried it on surfaces, tiled floor and carpet and it was very disappointing. Would not recommend it and we are returning it as it just doesn't do its job.

One Star I am awaiting return instructions. The machine does Not Steam!!! Not fit for purpose bought!!!
Very disappointing Will not produce any steam so not fit for the purpose it was bought for
