Almost perfect
I love this format for tracking my meals on the left page and corresponding glucose levels on the right page. The lighter ink in the background grid is subtle and doesn’t overwhelm my writing.At first I tried to use the pre-marked calendar at the top of the page, but the font is just too small and faint for my eyes. Oh well, I write all over the page so manually adding the date isn’t a bother.
