Is this cat food hypoallergenic?

It wasn’t for my cat. My cat has severe food allergies but this food did not work for Her.

Would this be suitable for my 10 month old female persian? Would it reduce matting of the fur or help it atall?

It's a good quality food, and if she likes the taste it would probably be a helpful one to choose in terms of keeping her digestive system happy. However, regarding the matting issue I doubt this food would help much, but the Catit Longhair Grooming Kit is really good - it costs about £28 and comes in a handy container. The dematting comb is particularly helpful, if used gently. It has sharp, slightly curved blades, so it doesn't pull and snag the way standard grooming brushes or combs do - it's the only thing that combs through the thick fur on my Maine Coon's coat without pulling at the hair and making grooming an unpleasant experience, and she now looks forward to her daily sessions. A dose of Katalax every week or so might help your cat, too, to make sure any fur she's ingested when she washes herself doesn't ball up in her digestive system and get stuck. I hope this helps a bit.
