Excellent quality
The media could not be loaded. We have linked 6 of these to use in our antiques store the slerts when movement is detected has given piece of mind and the picture quality is excellent as good as some much more expensive camera's. The vidoe shows a recent break in we were alerted as they broke in threw a window we called the police straight away they were there within minutes sadly he was in and out in less than 1 minute. This was 8pm and taken in the dark. It meant we could alert police and secure the shop much quicker and they didn't have time to take much except the charity box.

Good clear 2k quality picture
This is a good indoor security camera works flawlessly, nice clear pictures and remote viewing is excellent love it already purchased 2 as I was impressed with it

Good little camera
90% of the time the camera is excellent. Working with the app you can connect to the camera from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet signal. The picture is crystal clear and the sound quality very good.We have it looking out of a window covering the front garden, however when it is very dark and and some rain you cannot see anything outside apart from a glare.

Connection problems
Recently purchased the Ezviz C6 2K so we can keep an eye on our cats.Camera build quality feels okay, I wouldn't say in my personal opinion that it feels amazing.Picture quality is good and pleased with this.Connection problems.Had problems connecting it to Wi-Fi using the EzViz app, in that it wouldn't connect to my router. Kept informing me that the password was wrong - even though I knew it to be correct. I found a workaround was to connect it to the router using an Ethernet cable. Then after it had finished setting itself up, I went into the app & entered the Wi-Fi details. Then disconnected the Ethernet cable, it then uses Wi-Fi.The first time I did this it connected okay, but then it wasn't using the 5ghz frequency. Even though it's advertised as being able to connect to 2.4 & 5ghz. Instead it was using the 2.4ghz frequency. Upon disabling 2.4ghz in my router settings, the camera didn't switch over to 5ghz - it just lost connection.After this I did a reset, used the Ethernet cable again to setup the camera. Disabled the 2.4ghz frequency to try and force it to connect to 5ghz. However it wouldn't connect and informed me the Wi-Fi password was wrong again.Following this I enabled 2.5ghz & 5ghz and then tried to manually enter Wi-Fi info in the app as before when it worked. Unfortunately the camera refused to connect & it was only after disabling the 5ghz frequency that I managed to get it to connect to the 2.5ghz frequency. After this I enabled the 5ghz and it was working again. But still isn't connecting to the 5ghz frequency & I haven't tried again since.Both camera & router are located next to one another during setup.Alexa compatibility.I had hoped that Alexa would be able to put this camera into "privacy mode" whereby it turns itself off. But unfortunately Alexa informed me this wasn't available. As far as Alexa compatibility goes it seems to only display the camera footage. However this requires encryption to be disabled on the feed. Which while I don't mind doing for outdoor cameras, I do not want encryption disabled for indoor cameras.This has been disappointing as wanted to setup an Alexa routine so the camera turns itself off automatically during the day, but then back on at night to monitor the downstairs part of the house.I did try to setup automation using the EzViz app, but again upon picking a time for "privacy mode" to activate - nothing happened. After spending half a day trying to get this feature to work, I've since decided to try again another time.I thought to add this review in case it helps anyone else with connection issues.I upgraded to the latest firmware available as of the 17/05/2023.It's a shame as wanted to like this camera. We have 2 outdoor EzViz cameras so wanted an EzViz indoor camera so we could view them using just the 1 app on our phones.However in my personal opinion & maybe I've just been unlucky with my network setup - this camera hasn't been great so far. I was about to return for refund, but still need a camera to keep an eye on our cats.Would be interested to read if anyone else has it connected to 5ghz network, which I hope is the case as this was also part of the reason it was purchased.Will update the above if anything changes, but hope it helps in the meantime.

IR Light
You can't turn off IR light manually in app. So if you wabt to use it through the window i would like to disappoint you. By itself I really piked the camera. However there is no Colour niggt vision as advertised. So consider twice

Dopo circa un anno di utilizzo posso esprimermi su questo prodotto (ne ho installate due in casa).In generale ottima, con una visione perfetta, la comodità della motorizzazione e quindi del poterla orientare dalla app, un tracciamento dei soggetti affinato e sempre fedele.Io la utilizzo per monitorare i gatti che ho in casa e devo dire che svolge ottimamente il suo lavoro.La APP è ben fatta, intuitiva e ti permette ogni sorta di comando.Non ho mai riscontrato dei mal funzionamenti o delle disconnessioni dalla rete.Se vogliamo trovargli un "Limite" è dato dal fatto che sulla verticale il movimento è limitato pertanto se la telecamera è attaccata al soffitto (come nel mio caso) o posta in alto su un mobile non riesce ad inquadrare sotto di essa verticalmente. Questo potrebbe essere un limite in certi utilizzi.In ogni caso super consigliata.Il prezzo infine lo ritengo congruo al prodotto
