I recently added this Cooling Eye Mask to my routine, and it has quickly become essential. I usually wear a sleeping eye mask as i love a total blackout to enhance and improve my sleep quality, but because of this I often wake up with puffy eyes, so I was looking for something to help reduce the swelling and refresh my eyes. This mask is perfect for that!The comfort level is unmatched. The mask is soft against my skin and delivers an instant cooling effect that soothes my tired eyes. I keep it in the fridge over night optimal cooling, but it’s cool enough even at room temperature to get the job done.While I haven’t used it for warming therapy and probably I will not. the cold therapy is exactly what I need. Plus, it helps relieve pressure and gives me peace of mind that my eyes will feel refreshed when I wake up in the morning.Overall, I highly recommend this Mask. It’s a simple yet incredibly effective way to combat puffiness, dark circles, I use it regularly, and it’s become a game changer in my nightly routine.

Excellent item, I have bought two now. Lovely feel to the mask, not hard plastic like many others. Really comfortable to wear.

Got this to see if it makes any difference for my skin but more as a soothing thing to wear. I've used it the last two nights I need to get it in the fridge when I wake up then put it on after washing and grooming me beard and wear it in the morning too. What I've found which is better for me than the skin benefits is it helps open my sinuses before sleeping so I can breath through my nose (which is never the case cos it's like when I lie down I get contested. It works on both sides too which never happens even after Blowing my nose it's like a pressure In my head. Anyway this thing actually works to relieve that which will help me sleep (cos I'll be able to breathe) I was wearing it while laying in bed on my bed if nails mat thing which was very relaxing. I'd say it's worth a go and I'd rather use this than use creams and moisture and all that. I'll try use it twice a day and maybe after after a few weeks my sinuses will clear up I'd be very happy if that happens. At least I know now if I use this it will open them so I can breath cos even those things ya sniff don't do that. Oh yeah it's good after getting punched in the face and nose too during krav maga.

I’m currently laughing, this product is one I can’t quite figure out. I understand I’m supposed to wear it after waking up to reduce puffy eyes and what not but all I get is brain freeze. I can’t remember the quote but it’s along the lines of beauty without pain is just ugly or something. I’m losing track. The actual quality of the product is good, and value for money is even better I guess if you want to speed run a headache. Been using it for a month and haven’t noticed any improvement in baggy eyes but perhaps that’s because I live on 4 hours of sleep and have to take the damn mask off every 39 seconds before I die of hypothermia.

Great product , tried cheaper versions , but this one after being in the fridge worked wonders on my swollen eyes . I’ve been suffering with dry sore eyelids and under eye , this hit the area very effectively

Unfortunately don't recommend it, it is very uncomfortable and even been in the fridge all night doesn't cool well.Waste of money!

I bought another mask on Amazon that had a soft microfibre type surface that sat against the skin and the mask itself has made up of these little pearls, it didn't fit well so didn't touch a lot of parts of the face and after taking out of the freezer didn't last long before it was melted and dripping.This mask is fantastic! I have a brain condition called IIH which is essentially experiencing a brain tumour without the tumour.. it's hell and I get hurrendous headaches and facial pressure around my sinus area, neck and back. It even hurts in my jaw, teeth and ears. There aren't any painkillers I can take as it's the brain fluid pressure causing it..painkillers cannot lessen that pressure. And the strong painkillers increase the pressure so making it worse.This mask comes in a rectangular thick plastic zip lock envelope and has a good sized elastic fastening at the back with a lot of give. I got the link one with the eye holes and it has a soft edging. I put mine in the freezer for 20 minutes as I need instant relief to calm the nerves that are being compressed by the fluid.. this works so fast and recently I've had awful sinus pain. Within minutes the pain subsided and I could relax and actually function.It lasted around 20minutes until it was too warm to feel benefit anymore which is the longest I've benefited from a mask so far. It does smell very strong of that chemical plastic when it arrives but I think that's just from being sealed in the new plastic zip lock envelope.However, if you're like me and are sensitive to smells... and not to mention it's not pleasant when you have a raging headache.. I would recommend washing the mask and the zip lock envelope thoroughly and air it. before you use it.So far I've used it every day since I received it some days ago, and at times several times a day. It gets cold in the freezer very quickly so doesn't take long until it's ready to use. I'm going to buy a second one so I can alternate when it's really bad.The only difficulty I have is that the nose part isn't as wide as I need so doesn't get to touch the sidea of my nose, but that may be difficult considering it wouldn't likely stay in place anyway when a strap is pulling around your head. It's a great product so far and I hope it lasts. Thank you for the relief!! 😊💜
