Bro Glo Self Tanner for Men Starter Bundle

My 17 year old pasty white son has been using this since Christmas and it works very well. No streaking or weird coloring. Has given him an even looking light colored "base tan". Easy to apply with the supplied mitt.

This is a really great item. It goes on clean and smooth. Bro Glo got me ready for a wedding that was last weekend, looked sun kissed after the winter months.

The face and the body when applying is quite sticky. I usually stand in front of a fan while/after applying to each section to attempt to prevent this. I personally don’t care for the scent but to each their own. Certain areas such as you inner arms where your arms crease will not tan if you bend your arms a while after application. I have also found my feet and the back of my hands will not tan. You’ll have a perfect color on your arms and when it gets to your wrist its pale from that point. If you don’t wash off the next day or after the designated tanning time you will look orange. So a shower is a must and you will then see the nice glow. I have found after 2 days if you wear white/use a white bath towel or have white sheets you will see your tan coming off (body). When it does start to fade it does happen quite splotchy. Best way to remedy this would be to just continue the application. Overall I love the color, it’s one of the better self tanners I have used but again just some issues that need to be remedied to make it perfect. I will continue to use I will just apply more often than suggested and not have white anything.

The body lotion is good but the face is not as much. I’ve noticed I would have spots around my eyes that were not filled in. All around would I buy it again? Probably not. It’s good if you want to be lowkey about a tan but it’s probably not the best on the market.

Was shocked with how similar the results were to a standard spray tan, but so much more cost effective! Nice color and lasted for 3-4 days. Follow the same best practices of a spray tan, do not shower or sweat for 4-6 hours. Add moisturizer to dry areas / tops of hands / knees / ankles. Much like how a clear spray tan works, there is no bronzer or dyes, so I applied at night and went to bed.

Unfortunately, this self tanner didn’t work for me. The color turned out orange—almost like an Oompa Loompa—and it didn’t apply evenly at all. I also had to use it several times just to see any noticeable change. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a natural-looking tan.

I was skeptical before I bought this but it works really well. I had read a few reviews that people thought it made them look orange-y. Maybe that’s an issue dependent on skin tone? I don’t know but I didn’t have that problem. I used it on my Casper the ghost, super white legs, I was able to get it to the level of tan darkness I wanted and at least in my case, it looked like a real tan and not a fake orange color. Easy to use and 1 can of foam lasts a long time.
