Another treat for young readers!
Another excellent choice for young readers. This rhyming story is about Ollie, the otter. He is tired of his family so he decides to run away. He has several encounters throughout the day, but with each one his thoughts go back to his family. However, he can't go home yet because he wants to see what else is out there in the big ocean. It isn't until he encountered the sting rays that Ollie was ready to go home: he got stung, and it hurt!As Ollie decides to go home he pauses to think about his family and learns a valuable lesson. No, I can't tell you that: you have to discover it for yourself. But trust me: swimming through the story with Ollie is not a bad way to spend a few minutes. The illustrations will keep you smiling to the very last page. They are awesome.I had more trouble with the flow of this rhyming story than I did with Stella, but it wasn't enough to be annoying. It was still a fun read, and I highly recommend it to you!

I love Otters
A cute book that celebrates the fact that family isn’t always perfect but it is where you belong. A nice story also about the wonders of the sea. The story rhymes well and the artwork is gorgeous. There is also a little quiz about otters at the end. Did you know there are 13 types of otters?

This book made waves for me
I loved the illustrations and the rollicking rhyme. The book had a great pace to it that kept our little person engaged. A great book for helping a little person when they feel like running away.

Otterly adorable!
Well, there's one thing we've come to expect from this writing team and that's gorgeous and adorable visuals, set with a backdrop of great story ideas with something to say, and all in rhyme that flows like the ocean. Ollie the otter has to be the cutest character Sarah, Carmen and Zuzana have come up with yet! I really enjoyed this little fella's journey, and all to realise that, really, there's no place like home. Great book!

A cute story about family
My kids and I loved reading this today- a cute story proving that every family is different and home is definitely where the heart is. Ollie's adventures were fun and we loved seeing other characters join in this story too. The trivia at the end is always a fun hit with our family!

Such a cute story
You will fall in love with Ollie. The illustrations are gorgeous and I love the cover design. Ollie learns that home is best in this colourful tale about running away from home. A lovely book to share again and again.

Home is where the heart is
Another beautifully written and illustrated book - Ollie’s journey of discovery is beautiful, meeting unique characters who are fun, but he can’t stop thinking of home, which is ultimately where he realises he wants to be the most.
