I used the heat settings recommended, then turned and let it go for another 30 seconds.Someone on here said the lid should be tighter, it is tight! It doesn’t leak when filled with liquids and held sideways not sure what they weee wanting or expecting. All in all a great product!

These mugs sublimate really beautifully , i do feel the lid COULD BE a bit tighter of a seal as i have noticed on other cups. but overall, theyre great!
