Bohin - No.22 Tapestry Needles - 6 Needles

Nice little set, very cheap and good quality. Always good to have multiples of the name size needle! They perform well and look good, and can be used for cross stitch and embroidery.

After researching tapestry needles, the Bohin needle was always highly recommended. The needle glides through fabrics noticably smoothly, and the eye is smooth too - no snagged threads. I have tried several different brands of needle and the Bohin do stand out as the best to use. However, they seem to bend and, I have to say, break more easily than any other needle I've used. They are VERY expensive, and I did purchase 12 needles - but at the rate I'm going through them, and even though they're great to sew with, I'm not sure that I would buy any more. But only because of the price!

Simple and is exactly what you see. Using them for cross-stitching and actually having multiple nedles is very useful so I can leave different colours on the threads as I move around the piece.

I would only ever use Millward needles but just lately the eyes have got very rough and found the cotton catching and even snapping!! (Not great mid cross stitch 😭) a friend told me about Bohin needles, all I can say is WOW! Super smooth with no snagging. I’m back to being a happy cross stitcher again 😀

I do a lot of cross stitch and I have to say, bohin needles are the best I’ve ever used. Even if I buy a kit, I end up using the bohin needles instead of the ones included. I really recommend you try them.
