What size calves fit this chair (circumference)?

My calf is 18' and its a tad snug but not on bearable since its only momentarily as it cycles thru the legs and feet. I would advise to be bare leg or wear thin leggings because the fabric around the calf makes it tighter. If that makes sense.

Does this chair do glutes and upper hamstrings?

The hamstring and thighs no, there is a lower back mode that targets the lower back, tailbone/butt area.. not much past there for the upper leg for me, granted I am 5'3 so it may be dif for others.

Is this chair really 4D? looking at other online information it shows "Intelligent 3D Massage Hands for the Ultimate Massage Experience"????

Not sure exactly how 4D would work but I can tell you that I’ve had my chair for about 6 months now and it works great! It will massage all your body parts that get sore, I don’t know what else you would want.
