I love the size of the ice cubes this makes. They last a long time. The one small issue I have is getting the lid on after filling the tray with water.

The only complaint I have about this product is that sometimes the ice cubes are a little difficult to get out because the edges catch on the silicone and hold on. However, the cubes are large and great, the trays are easy to fill, freeze, and clean, and 2 cubes will chill a pretty big glass of water.

There's a slight chance my freezer gets too cold, and that's why the cubes are so hard to get out. But overall, I love the size and shape of the ice cubes, and the fact that the trays are silicone, come with covers, and are stackable. The setup adequately appeases my slight germaphobia.

I almost didn’t order this because I read so many reviews stating it was so hard to remove ice cubes from molds. One great reviewer pointed out that if you run warm water over it and let it sit for a couple minutes, the ice cubes will slide out so I did just that! Worked like a charm. Good product overall. The ice cubes are not perfectly square all around but works for what I need them for.

Yes, these trays make fantastic ice cubes; ~they're like solid little (but quite large for ice cubes) blocks of frozen granite... Two filled my empty 16oz glass 1/3 up, and they were still useable an hour later after I'd long been finished with my drink! Also there's no rubber aftertaste on the cubes, but then I did thoroughly scrub out the trays before using them as I did have this problem with other silicone type trays.. -Not with these tho...HOWEVER~ and IMO it's a biggie, it's quite a battle to get these cubes out of their trays! ~Ran hot water over them, banged the tray's corners down hard on the counter, and then still had to struggle hard to peel the silicone end corners offa two of the cubes! (-I hope y'all got strong fingers!!)Next time I'll try not filling the tray's compartments up to the top; maybe that'll help some..... (Hopefully?)EDIT: OK, a later change to a higher rating of 4 overall. I found that by running hot water over the tray and leaving it to sit on a counter for about 5 minutes the cubes will then slide out just as easy as you please... ~And they're still about the biggest ice cubes I've ever seen come out of home fridges!

Usually, I’ve found wonderful unique things here on Amazon. This time, my son found these first. I was at his house on Total Eclipse Day, April 8, 2024 and he introduced these wonderful large ice cubes to his very grateful mom. I ordered them as soon as I got home. They arrived 2 days later and I LOVE THEM TO PIECES! I use Libbey Gibraltar Iced Tea Glasses, 22 ounce size, and one of these is perfect in a glass of soda that size. If it was going to be used in iced tea, 2 would be more likely needed. These cubes LAST a good long time. Highly recommend that you give them a try, and believe you will also LOVE them.

This makes decent size cubes which I like. The lid helps hold the water in place when you fill it.

Best ice cube tray I have ever had. The silicone is nice and thick, which allows you to pick the tray up with one hand when full of water. As expected, the freeze time is longer due to the size of the cubes but I find the lids make it far too long as it adds more than 12 hours. My freezer is small so I need to stack both trays in order to fit, which means I need the lids, hence why I bought these. Anyway, what I do in order to stack them, is to turn a lid upside down and use it like a platform tray for the top tray. This makes for easy stacking and keeps the freeze times down to normal (for the size). TIP FOR REMOVING CUBES: The silicone seems to grip the cube pretty good when first taken out of freezer and can be a struggle to get the cube out. I found (quite be accident) that if you let the tray sit on the counter for ten minutes they just pop right out with a simple push from the bottom.

Just like the pictures, these are large ice cubes in a tray of 8. One is good to cool down a glass or you can dump a tray in a Brita to get a cool jug of water.The silicon trays make it really easy to pop these out. To make it even easier, you can put it under hot water for 10 seconds.They can stack on top of each other or any other conatiner in the freezer.Even good for kids play!

I found that the cubes are difficult to remove and the covers do not fit well. The cubes themselves are a good size and last a long time in a drink

These are fantastic. Yes they do take a considerable amount of time to completely freeze but that’s to be expected, they’re huge. Many reviews mentioned they were really hard to get out. I would say they’re not easy or hard, just takes a little effort.
