How translucent is this clay? If i insterted a light would it shine through?

I haven't used this one yet, but I have used other translucent clay and yes, the light shines through it once it's been baked.

i can't find the color i need. would it work if I'd add some ink to it? thanks.

You can use alcohol inks to tint the clay.

What exactly is it? Transparent or translucent? They're two different things. I'm looking for transparent polymer clay.
