Made My Laptop Actually Useful Again
The media could not be loaded. I was getting pretty frustrated trying to juggle everything off my laptop screen—especially when I’m switching between spreadsheets, emails, and video calls all day. This docking station has made a huge difference. Now I’ve got two monitors running smoothly, plus my laptop screen, and I can finally breathe again.Setup was simple: plugged it in, everything synced up quickly, and it recognized both monitors right away. I’m using it with a Dell that supports full USB-C, and everything works as expected—including charging through the same port, which keeps things tidy on the desk. Just make sure your laptop actually supports display over USB-C, or the video outputs won’t work.I’ve also been surprised by how handy the extra USB ports and card readers are. I’m constantly transferring photos from my camera and juggling external drives, so having everything plugged into one place is a huge upgrade from the tangle of adapters I was using before. No weird lag, no glitchy screen issues—just consistent, reliable output. Definitely worth it if you’re trying to make your laptop setup feel more like a real workstation.

Works for Lenovo
I bought a new Lenovo laptop and found that there were not many plugs. With this docking station, I'm able to get a lot more work done. I can have this plugged in while I have a flashdrive plugged in. I'm able to move files from one flashdrive to another and it uploads and downloads things quickly. Not to mention, I'm able to plug in a monitor if I need to too! I was even able to connect a non-wireless printer to this and print some documents that I needed to. The size and design of this allows me to fit this anywhere so I'm able to take this with me wherever I go. Once this is plugged in, the connection is strong enough that it doesn't randomly unplug if I'm moving around. Functions just as it should and makes my work life so much easier!

Great customer service. Fuzzy audio output via 3.5mm jack. Updated review..
Customer service is exceptional. They want you tone happy and will do what is necessary to make sure your issue is resolved.________________Using on HP Elitebook G9 with latest Windows 11 version.Wireless mouse/keyboard:Attempting to have a wireless keyboard/mouse plugged into this dock causes problems. The USB receiver in the dock seems to be affected by the same interference as the audio jack. I have tried moving it to the different ports, repositioning the dock, I have checked the batteries and I am sure it is the dock. As with the audio, plugging directly into the laptop I have no issues anymore.3.5 mm Audio jack:When charging cord and power are both plugged into the dock, there is a constant static noise, even when volume is muted. If you want clear, interference-free audio while using dock:1. Plug power source directly into the computeror2. Plug 3.5mm audio jack directly into the computer(Not both)Monitors:I have a switch that takes two HDMI cables, plugs into a regular USB-A port to extend the display. I have this plugged into the dock, that works, which is my main need.Charging:My computer noticed that the charging was not from an HP brand cord, but it charges without any issues from what I can see in the settings and the power option is set for high performance.I don't know why people think that any dock can produce power out of thin air without being plugged into an outlet. Use the USB-C power cable that comes with your laptop and the proper ports on your device that allow charging and full features.Port placement:Placement of ports is not as convenient as I would like, this dock is trying to allow for more options than it is capable to handle effectively.Too much interference between everything. But it does the job.Versatility:I am able to swap out two different devices for the same monitor station fairly easy which is my main need using the USB-C port. The dock is generally good for the dual monitors I needed, using a USB-A port for it, but the other ports don't seem to be useful due to so much internal interference, I think. In that case, I should have just bought something to take a USB-A to a USB-C thunderbolt connection. The cord situation is manageable between the two, the dock is easy to move, I bought a longer cable to connect to the usb-c port to keep me from needing to move the dock around when connecting a different computer. Now it stays in one place for both computers with opposite side connections.I will likely return this one or attempt to exchange in case the one I have is defective.Update: Customer service took care of me, so it's reassuring to know they stand by their products.

Work perfect
I’ve tried a few docking stations before, and this one is definitely one of the best. It connects my laptop to two monitors with no problem, and the picture quality is great. It also has enough ports for everything I need—USB, SD card, Ethernet—you name it. I use it every day for work, and it’s been super reliable. No overheating, no glitches. If you want a simple way to expand your laptop, this is it!

Some issues, difficult support.
I like it, and in general does the work, but was never able to use the Gigabit Ethernet port which forced me to continue -unnecesaraly- to use my previous dock station as well, so extra clutter + energy costs. Support information is difficult to get from within their website, so was not able to check for a bios update or anything similar.
