We selected this one because the entire length of the leash is a ribbon and not a thin cord. (I have been literally burned by retractable leashes with cords--if a cord raps around you quickly, you get rope burns!)Love the extra length on it as well. The pup adapted to it in a few minutes; she loves her newfound freedom.

This leash works great and is quiet while containing all items you need to walk the dog day or night, WITHOUT the jingling of stuff hanging off or the flashlight popping g off the mount. It is the best leash we have used.

This is great for walking the dog during the fall/winter months with the built in light with rechargeable battery. And the poop container just snaps into the handle as well, so it doesn’t sway back and forth. We love it! The only downside is that it’s heavier than the normal retractable ones, but understandable with the extra features.

This is a split review. I'd give the leash 5-stars for the bag dispenser (yes, it accommodates a standard 20-bag roll) and flashlight. I love both of these features. However, it only gets 1-star for the leash functionality. The retractor tension is too low which results in a lot of slack and the leash not retracting all the way. We're constantly tripping over it. What's more, the leash will spool out when caught in a stiff breeze. Another issue that may be causing some of the retractor problems is that the ribbon is very thin and easily twists so it hangs up inside and doesn't allow the retractor to work. To fix this, I am regularly pulling the entire ribbon out and guiding it back in flat through my fingers. Lastly, the brake is very sticky and ends up somewhat locked when you don't want it to. On the flipside, it is very difficult to fully/properly engage and disengage the lock when desired. So, overall, the leash is a pain to use and far below Flexi-Leash quality. But, I continue to use it because of the flashlight and bag dispenser.

The media could not be loaded.  I can not write anything negative about this leash. It’s very well made in my opinion and feels super sturdy. My little guy is only about 23lbs, he is not a puller, anymore, but if he was I can tell this leash could hold him.The mechanism to wind the leash feels just as good as my previous leash that I had to replace since it fell out of my hands several times and finally broke.Over I am super happy and would definitely recommend.Great Amazon find

I like the combination of leash, flashlight, and bag dispenser. I don't find it too heavy as a few other reviewers mentioned. I have no issues with the bag dispenser and the leash works pretty well. However, the leash button is less ergonomic than my Tug leash; I wish it were higher off the unit so it was easier to use. I also find the flashlight being mounted on the right side to be nonideal. If your dog heels well to your left side, it works fine. But I'd your dog wanders or heels to the right, the leash will partially block the beam.

Great product and quality but I had to return as I have a 7 lbs dog. Tension too strong for him. I would have exchanged for an Xsmall but unfortunately they don’t make one.

Great leash, light and poop bag carrier is convenient! Pup loves to roam so this allows her to sniff away and we can retract when necesssary! Customer service was efficient and great to resolve a small problem! Would highly recommend
