Good membrane keyboard, nice feel to the keys. The lights aren't too bright, I've struggled to read the keys on multiple late night gaming sessions. Recently, the bottom row on my numpad keys stopped working. It lasted me about 1.2 years without complaint.

I purchased this product from Amazon and it was delivered on 25th August, 2023, within scheduled time. No complain about Amazon delivery. Just upon 1 month complition, on 25th Sept. 2023, I had to format my PC and at that time, I found that the DEL keys and F12 keys are not working and I can't enter the BIOS Setup. After few tries, I realized that the keyboard is not sending signal to the motherboard and when booting, the keyboard lights up once and then goes dark and is not responding. It is only responding after the machine booting into OS. I disabled the FAST BOOTING and tried the keyboard to enter the BIOS. No response. Same thing happened. I used my old Zebronics keyboard and it worked as a charm. This means the ASTRA G100 keyboard which I have received is defective. Then I mailed to [email protected] mentioning the problem and asked them to replace it. The only reply I have received from them till date, is the machine generated auto response email "Your request (166976) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." That's all. So, if someone is thinking to buy this keyboard and doesn’t bother about the AFTER SALES SUPPORT, sure you can go for this. But if you are concerned about the AFTER SALES SUPPORT, then I will not encourage them to buy this keyboard... not only this keyboard, but any product from ARCHERTECHLAB, because AFTER SALES SUPPORT, doesn’t cover only one product but it covers all the products. So, if their SUPPORT is so BAD for one product, that means it is BAD FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS. Hope this review will help others to make an well informed decision.

Almost as good as new.. No discouloration.. (Mind you I use it entire day as I WFH) and almost entire year.. My previous keyboards faced discoloration because of heavy use. This looks like it will be here for a whil. Great quality great value product. I might buy it again if things go well. Update: some of the keys stopped working after 1 year 7 days.. it was looking promising. 😐

Best Keyboard

I really love the RGB and build quality of this keyboard it has up to 21 RGB modes. Which is very impressive because RGB creates an immersive gaming experience for gamers and adds light to their setup. And the Anti scratch key caps are also useful in the long run, playing competitive games like Valorant, Fortnite etc..you need to quickly flick through the keys and usually in a couple of months they are ruined and the paint comes off, archer solved it for me. Really like this keyboard, this product is some impressive work for it’s price!

First the package is very premium look .. also the keyboard it can't be at this price... At 1k it's super keyboard... it's a new brand so I think just give them a chance .. feel surprised wow what finishing super responsive just feel the keys .. just super broo... I can feel the difference between the old keyboard (wich is more expensive). And new... just go for it broo . I don't how long it last but now it super broo buy it if u have budget under 2000 (it just 1000)

Not only did it fail to meet my expectations, but it also caused me significant frustration and financial loss. As a result, several keys stopped working, making it nearly impossible to use the product as intended. This malfunction not only hindered my ability to use the product effectively but also rendered it completely useless. Furthermore, my experience with customer support while trying to resolve this issue was far from satisfactory. The lack of communication, delayed responses, and overall unhelpfulness of the support team only served to exacerbate my frustration and disappointment. I urge you, Amazon, to take immediate action and remove this seller from your platform. Such subpar products and lackluster support are not only detrimental to your reputation but also unfair to consumers who place their trust in your marketplace.
