Great Purchase!
Grandson loved it! Very easy to start playing Neils songs for beginners. Love Neils music and support for FarmAid, but his politics as of late not so much. Too each his own though.

Nice book of some Neil Young Favorites
Really happy with this sheet music book. I'm new to guitar, been teaching myself for about 5 mos now, and I am able to play along with quite a few of these already. The book has such a nostalgic feel to me. The typefaced lyrics poem, some with pictures, are a nice touch before the sheet music. Truly reminiscent of my old smith corona poetry days. Some people might not like that because it does cause some of the songs that could be a 2 page spread require turning the page. I'd say this book would be appropriate for any level really. As a beginner, you just need to dive in, learn some chords and give it a go. Each song has the chord boxes at the top to show you the finger placement so it makes it easy. I just take a picture of them on my phone so when I have to turn the page, I have it there for reference. The strumming and picking patterns are in the back of the book and referenced at the top of every song. All in all, I feel it's a great song book! Definitely would make a nice gift for any guitar playing Neil Young fan. I'm really enjoying it and happy I got it.

Everything you can want in a music book. And the songs sound like they are supposed to.

Nice book, very well laid out, quality control, not so good! All the top pages uncut, Had to hand cut pages with my boy Scout knife.

Worth it.
Exactly what I wanted. A little Neil Young is good for the soul. This book helps a lot to refresh the memory. I’ve learned many of his tunes, but after 10 years, just exactly what I did disappears. It comes back right away using the sheet music.
