Given the weather has been pretty bad over the sat few wees, these have come in very handy for feeding the birds. The ground around here has been frozen solid.The 1kg bag is more than enough for a good few weeks/months (depending on how hungry the birds are and how bad the weather is). I throw a good handful out into the garden and the birds come flocking. I do 'water' them down with other seeds too, so they aren't just eating nuts. I'm going to hold some back too as we get a couple of squirrels coming in the garden and they would love these.The price for a kg is really good, and it's even better that 5% of the sales are donated to plant more trees.

If you like to do your bit by helping out the wild birds, why not go just that little bit further.Firstly I like to put out a variety of feed to help as many birds as possible. These are large plump peanuts and I am sure if the birds could talk they would let me know they are good. No powder in the bag. Just quality. These are our with other feed.Going that little bit extra, you are also help fund the planting of trees and support a smaller business.Price wise, a bit on the high side, but remember these look good, and you are doing more than feed the birds. But purchase more and that brings the price down a bit so all good.Can really recommend these.

I wasn't even aware that some types of plain peanut are unsafe for birds (other than ones with coatings or that are salted obviously) so it's good to see that you can buy some which are certified bird safe.I really like this brand and they have great eco credentials with the charity they support so I'm always happy to order again from them. Everything we have had from them has been super quality and we are always going back to buy more from them as both wild birds and poultry seem to love their products.

Seed Box products are always top notch. We feed the birds here daily, we are in rural Scotland and have a wonderful array of different species. These nuts are a bit hit among them all. They arrive in perfect condition and are nice and fresh. There is hardly any crumbly bits in the bag like you get with a lot of other brands. They are perfect for feeders or dishes. Great to give the wee guys some well needed protein.

Ideal for keeping our feather friends feed and healthy over the Winter months. Sadly, mice invaded our garage in the cold weather and devoured almost a whole bag sitting on the shelf. I will be despatching them to the great burrow in the sky and keeping these indoors in a cardboard to ensure they don't feast on these. The birds really enjoyed their Christmas Day snack. Too busy cooking for one and all to get a pic of them.

I feel confident that this is good quality and safe for birds which is my priority but it is rather expensive
