Shipped fast and printed great
I ordered 3 spools and they arrived fast and printed great right out of the box - which was great, because I was on a tight deadline.I printed one 1400g print (2.5 days) and one 2500g print (5.5 days), and they both just worked - no problems at all on the filament. Print quality was solid.

Take some time & dial in the settings to find the Sweet Spot
225 C print head, 70C build plate worked for me. I just kept dialing everything up in increments of 5 degrees until I found what worked. Also putting a Brim on your print is a must. This filament warps and comes off the plate without it for me.The default print settings for my printer is 210 and 60 degrees which has worked perfect with other filaments, however this one needed some tweaking. Not bad at all. Overall I"m happy with it, minus 30 minutes of dialing it all in and finding the correct settings for my setup.

Polymaker is always great
Love using Polymaker PLA, always works great on my LulzBot Mini. The new paper spools are awesome, I like that they're recyclable and made from recycled material. It still comes in a resealable plastic bag as well.

Great Quality for a Good Price
I needed this thickness of PLA to use a community 3D printer in my area. I printed a great Nagoriyuki mask. I'm looking forward to purchasing more to make more cosplay props and fun design projects I'm working on.

Ultimaker 2+ struggles
I like the matte black color but haven’t found a good mix of settings for my ultimaker 2+ that doesn’t produce warping and consistent quality.60C bed temperature clearly warps the material. 50 was better but not perfect. Going to try lowering the bed temp even moreToo bad I liked the cardboard spool more environmentally friendly. Wished it was better as material tho

Gooey while printing, and excessive shrinkage.
This filament tends to be more gooey while printing. It doesn't cool down well with the hotend fans. If you have a small part, or small section that prints alone for several layers, it will not cool down enough between layers to maintain its geometry... it will be soft and warped. I use temperature controls in these situations... such as printing 2 of that part (if it's small) so the printer has to go back and forth between models, allowing each time to cool. But, this gooey property does make adhesion very good... so good, supports are very difficult to remove. This filament also had serious shrinkage issues. Warping is a huge problem with this.It shrinks so fast and so much, that lines do not always meet, and some structures like holes end up floating in the model with no contact with the layers around them. Not really the features I look for in a PLA "PLUS" filament.I won't buy this one again. Certainly not worth the price.
