Easy to work with material! My 9 year old had a lot of fun using this modeling chocolate for the first time and using silicone molds. Easy to warm up to mold. Froze quickly to keep our mold design intact.

Tasted alright. Came hard but became easily workable after working with it for a few minutes. Took color well. This was my first try. I would say it was a success.

Used this item to create 8 cake crunchy tacos. The modeling chocolate provided the perfect hard taco shell lookalike and has a good taste. I am about to order another container! Good quality, texture, easy to use and was softened in the microwave at 7 second intervals.

Takes gel color really good, not hard to get soft but that is were I had problems it turned soft really fast then does not really harden and get firm at all even when leaving it out over two days. I used it mostly to make thin grass blades for a duck pond and did have trouble keeping the taller ones standing straight up if they had any weight to them. I would use again as it's a good price and easy to work with. I did not try the flavor did not even think of it until I started the review.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I repeat avoid this brand at all costs I received this and did not open until the day I needed to use it and found all of the oil had melted OUT of the chocolate to the OUTSIDE of the plastic wrapping. It is poorly designed to keep the chocolate fresh and reasonably soft, mine is as hard as a brick due to the leaking. It should have been shipped in a box with a cooling pad to avoid this issue. I am trying to knead it back together as I do not have enough time to order another brand. I purchased both the bright white and the black and will be returning the white as I am not willing to receive a sub par product!!
