Nordic WareUltimate Bundt Cleaning Tool

After struggling to clean my bundt pans with a regular sponge, I thought never again! I came across this and decided to give it a try. It is made of very good quality, is a great value for the the cost, and its functionality is very good as it is small enough to fit in the tight spaces, but big enough to get the bundt clean. A definite recommend.

I saw this while buying bundt pans and thought what a good idea. Although I see that people say you can use a toothbrush with the same effect, I disagree. There is a real advantage to how this brush was designed with the two different angles provided. A toothbrush is fixed at one angle and the length of the head will prevent you from getting into the smaller nooks and crannies. This bundt brush can fit into any angle and small crevices.I even use this to clean my waffle irons and it works great! I had been using a scrubby sponge, but it can't always get in between the squares, whereas this brush easily reaches in to scrub off stubborn stickies. It's a little pricey for a little plastic brush, but having found 2 uses for it so far, it's worth it.

Bought this to use on the Nordic Ware “Skull Bitelet” pan I also bought. It works as it should, getting into those tiny spaces a sponge or cloth misses! However, because of the narrowness of the skull cavities on the pan I bought, the angle of the brush could be steeper, allowing you to get more of the bristles into those itty bitty crevices. The handle is sturdy & the bristles are stiff enough to scrub without damaging baking pans. Overall, glad I bought this!

If you have several fancy Nordic Ware Bundt pans, you love to bake. This does not mean, however, that you particularly like the cleaning up phase of baking, and that is especially true when it comes to all the nooks and crannies of the more intricate Bundt pans that are available. I've put off buying one of these ever since I saw them, thinking that as long as I washed the pan as quickly as was safe, or at least soaked the pan in hot, soapy water, then I wouldn't have any issues. Hah! With my latest Bundt purchase, I found out that in spite of the hot soapy water, soaking and washing the pan carefully, I still managed to miss some tiny areas where my sponge and washcloth couldn't get in to clean completely. It is disheartening to go through the work of a careful cleaning and finding out when you go to dry the pan that you've missed things, because this is a food safety issue and important. This little tool really helps you get the pans clean the first time, so it is worth being admittedly a pricey object since it saves you time and frustration. Just don't allow it to be used for other kitchen cleaning jobs and keep it out of the hands of people, like a spouse that doesn't bake, who might see it and decide that it is just what they need to clean the narrow edge of their car window track or something equally crazy and potentially inflammatory to one's relationship.

The reason why I call this is a cake pan cleaner toothbrush is because it looks just like a toothbrush to me other than having the scraper on the bottom it actually works good when the cake is stuck to the pan it came in just in time definitely will buy another one when I'm in need for one
