This is a nice Bluetooth adapter, works reliably. If anything, I would sugest dialing down the LED brightness - it might be too bright in darker rooms.

Quick TIPS: (Context: I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! - :-) I'm sorry if the title seems conceited. I'm just being real. Speed typing here; forgive typos please.) 1. DO NOT USE the horrible 3.5mm & RCA cord that they somehow decided to give us (??! - was that an "idiot savant" accident!? Hey, bless them anyway;-) !) (It is "the weakest link in this chain" - IT KILLS THE OTHERWISE BEAUTIFUL SOUND) Buy a Primeda Aux Cord (Currently under 20 bucks - watch for price increases) (Or equivalent cord - but PLEASE - I went through 4 companies to find Primeda. It is the lowest cost REAL option. Please, don't support fraud. Don't pay for fake "audiophile cords" . And, nope... they should pay me - but I don't get a dime here. I do promise you. 2. Apple users - set your phone to "either Lossless setting" - and Ignore the blue color. (OK?) It sounds ANAZING! ("Read between the lines" - but the "apple codex" programming - may have "patent restrictions". Right? So, perhaps ... "the less said the better".) 3. Do not pull the cord. (Low cost means that there may be trade offs. I have to return mine for a replacement - as it may have been previously returned. Somehow the device was damaged - where the power cord attaches to the base. (So, treat your cord with care. Place it low to the ground perhaps) 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY :-) NOW - CLOSE YOUR EYES - and WISH ME BLESSINGS, PEACE, WEALTH, AND GOOD KARMA etc. (Because this is a free tip friend. :-) I deserve the good vibes... at least. ;-) True? I needed another BT receiver to transport my B&O BeoSound 2500 into the 21st century. I alreayd had my Ouverture connected to a DS600+ connector but wanted to save some money this time around. Well, while the sound is good and everything worked as expected, I noticed that the volume output of this receiver is far lower than that of the DS600+. I contacted 1Mii support and they confirmed that the different chips have different output levels. Unfortunately, that was a reason for me to return this item. I just ordered an auris bluMe HD which apparently has a line-level output. If you don't care about this, this little guy is definitely worth a try.

I am a music lover with great ears and a wonder but older sound system that pairs my record player and CD player with my Onkyo receiver wired to B&W speakers. This gadget saved me a ton of money as I thought I’d have to buy a new wireless receiver and speakers. I can play my music and podcasts through this and it is mind blowing. Easy Bluetooth connectivity and I can listen to music and audio saved on my smart phone. Works so well when I paired with this with my receiver that I gifted my brother one. He walked me through hooking up the connection. The range covers about 1500 ft. And reaches all but the farthest points in my apartment and I have solid walls not wallboard. In a words: Buy! So far it does not disappoint!

I have read many low reviews of this unit. Writers say it drops out as to volume of the sound, but I checked very carefully, and I discovered that the source of the sound is the culprit, and this unit works correctly. Listening to Youtube through an Apple TV, there are drop outs. The sound will dip based on errors in the content's recording of sound. It is best to place this unit right up the bluetooth source (Apple TV, for example), and it will work without fail in delivering signal to a vintage amplifier for theater quality sound in the home.

This bluetooth receiver blew me away with the quality of its onboard DAC, when using the Ldac codec. The sound quality is better than using the 3.5mm jack on my galaxy a52, which is decent to begin with (snapdragon 750g). Very clean output, deep lows and very good separation of instrumental layers. Output is similar in quality to the quad DAC headphone jack on my old LG v30 phone. I should also note that this adapter supports the high bitrate 990kbps ldac setting just fine, with no skipping. This was both the a52 5g and OnePlus 10t. It turns on and pairs right away when I turn on my car, the signal with LDAC is stable and it just works. Good value at $40.

I’ve used an Esinkin for three years. Was fine, until it started giving me problems. Started when Hotwire line was put in (I’ve since ditched the service). It started dropping often, was very loud when it went off and on (no amount of volume adjustment on receiver made any difference), got screwy whenever I turned Roku on. Yeah…lots of stuff going on in one area to affect it, for sure. I have a 2006 Yamaha RX-V663 stereo receiver with Bose Acoustimass 6 satellite surround sound speakers. Many of these companies do not reveal what version of bluetooth they are in their listing, which I find very frustrating. All you can usually find is the date they started selling the item here, and in many cases, it dates back several years. Which means the version they are using is not in keeping with today’s standards. I even called Amazon for info on three of these devices before I decided to order this one with respect to what bluetooth version they are, and they don’t even have info on it. I personally don’t like this unit because you cannot control it via your phone or other mobil device. I go all over the house, and adjust the volume as I go. You have to adjust the volume on the device itself…AND it limits how high the volume can go, which isn’t very high. I like my music…and sometimes…the walls are rockin’. 😉 Also, the power cord is far too short. I’m sending this back. As it turns out, all I needed to do was completely unplug the Esinkin for a while. Now it works beautifully again! Should have done that to begin with…duh!

I wanted a way to play the music from my phone on my component stereo systems. This worked great. Now I can listen to quality sound. Very easy to connect. I purchased two for two component stereo systems on different floors and they worked without interference.
