I love using these for keeping some things in the freezer and you can just throw them away instead of washing them. Homemade bean dip, leftovers, spaghetti sauce, cream cheese dips, apple sauce, etc. You could also send small portions in lunches. You can divide larger portions for someone who is living alone. Make pudding or jell-o, pour into these, cap and put in fridge for individual servings like you might buy at the grocery store but for way less money. My single neighbor and I split this shipment.
