This organic cacao powder has a rich, deep chocolate flavor that I love using in my smoothies and baking recipes. It blends well and has no weird aftertaste like some other brands. This cocoa powder makes the most delicious, dreamy, creamy, velvety hot cocoa. I added a dash of cinnamon for sweetness and a smidgen of cayenne pepper for spiciness, and this was a fabulous cup of hot cocoa. It did not require any sugar, which can be added if you truly like your hot cocoa sweet. I thought that this cocoa powder was much better than Droste or any other cocoa powder I have tried. The price point is reasonable, and you will not be disappointed with the taste. Definitely recommended....

I am a huge chocolate lover and bake a lot of brownies. This is absolutely the most perfect natural raw cacao bean powder I have ever used. It is a moist powder, not bone dry. It has no aftertaste in cooking and is so rich and creamy in flavor. It adds so much flavor to whatever I put it in...from coffee to brownies and cakes.
