oily!!
this stuff seems like it works pretty well based on the other reviews but i’m going to tell you it’s pretty nasty. other supplements I have are a different texture. they’re more like a… not very thick honey texture? like jello when you mix it before it hardens. this is straight up oily 🤣 it’s giving very cod liver oil that the evil stepmother gives to the kids she doesn’t like. there’s no flavor no nothing just straight oil lol. i’m getting bloodwork done and i’ll try to remember to update this review, but i’ll probably look for something a bit more pleasant. it’s really not that serious and i’m gonna finish it - but not my top contender.
