So as the title notes, this is ASTMD F-136 metal grade instead of ASTMD F-138. That said, it still works wonderfully as a taper. Not necessarily something to keep in, but just fine for its purpose.

A must-have for those with internally threaded earrings. Unscrew the top of the earring, place the taper inside the tube, push it out and replace with the new one. I was able to change out earrings within days, not weeks or months after piercing.

Great! I didn’t wear my piercing for a month and had to resize my septum. Easy peasy!

You know that black frame with the plastic in the middle that displays the piece so good, that's what these came in and I instantly knew these would be amazing. And they were. I bought these to change out my conch piercings and they did the job

The media could not be loaded. I am absolutely so happy about this product, with one exception. I'm missing a taper, it was supposed to come with 18g, 16g and 14g tapers but only came with 2 out of the 3 tapers which I believe is the 18g taper(I'm not positive, id have to measure them to be sure which it is). Otherwise, it's a great product in great packaging. The tapers even come in one of those really cool stretchy frames what you can put non-flat items in and it stretches around them and keeps them in place, seemingly floating!

I ordered the 16g to help replace my septum ring and it was to big. It's more like 14g so I couldn't even use it

I had ordered internal/external meaning one of each style. I rcv'd two internal threads which had 0 of what i needed. I was trying to plan ahead. Tired of mislabelled items, I'm returning. The overall quality is good I have them for other styles and sizes but I really needed a 14 that works for what I have now not only for what I may have in future.

Tapers came and were accurate sizes, fit the jewelry they were intended to properly. They give a smooth transition when swapping jewelry.

Finally found a taper to use for 14G curved jewellery. Have had my piercing for over 25 years but recently took out the original captive ring for a few months and could only fit a 20G and 18G eyebrow ring in the hole.Taper went in easily. Had to slowly and patiently pull it through, which took about 20 minutes but was not painful. Was so happy to finally change my jewellery. Very good buy.
