Yes you can use them all simultaneously but with obvious reduced water pressure. The product is really good.

Does the shower head and jets get clogged?

Have had this for a few months but haven’t noticed any clogging. Build quality is really good.

Do the jets rotate some to angle their stream or are they fixed?

If you mean the body spray jets, yes, they rotate 360 degrees as they attach via a ball joint to the water outlet.
