It's kyutt, true to the picture
I think it's the smallest one i could find in Amazon. My cat is almost a year old but she's tiny in size. She's wearing the belt in the shortest way possible. The bell is so cute, pretty loud.If you have a outdoor indoor cat, definitely go for it. You can sense their presence outside your window n room very easily.No itches or allergies around the neck so far.

Dangerous for kitten and medium sized cats, quality is good
The quality of the product is very good however do not use it on kittens and small sized cats. My kitty was able to grab the extra band which was losse and made himself scuffed and it was a huge struggle to remove it when the kitty is in panic. The knot become tight and kitty neck was scuffed. Please don't use on small cats.
