Great toothbrush
I like this toothbrush better than the spinning ones. This one is a bit pricey, but it's good quality and worth the price.

Great toothbrush
I bought this as a replacement to the one I purchased back in 2015! It lasted a long time but after a hard drop on granite it stopped working. Looked at the cheaper models but decided to go for the more expensive version considering how long the last one lasted. I love it, it gets your teeth really clean.

Good Toothbrush
I recently replaced an older version of this toothbrush with this one, and it is about the same quality with some cosmetic and user-friendly upgrades. My other one lasted maybe 4-5 years before I dropped it and it seemed to lose all power functionality. This one replaced it and I hope I get another 4-5 years from it. I have had excellent dental visits since using the Diamondclean products.

A great toothbrush
The annoying things about this brush. First, I hate the big, cumbersome glass charging station. I don't understand the necessity for it. If you don't clean the brush fastidiously after each use you have a real mess after a few days.Second, I really don't like the concaved start button. I usually need more than two minutes to do a through job. Trying to get the brush started again is difficult especially if you have long nails. I have nearly dropped the brush a couple times trying to get it going again. Frankly, I don't understand why the thing stops after two minutes anyway. I may need to use it to clean the drain in the sink or around the fixtures in the shower. That's what I do with my old oral-b.Third, regarding the buttons again. The setting button is also problematic. You can't change settings while the brush is in motion. You can't read which setting you're in or what speed you're brushing in.Fourth, I have never been able to get the app to work. There attempts and the app just froze up. Reading other reviews I guess it's not really important.Fifth thing I hate is the price fluctuation. I paid $200.00 for mine, two weeks later I bought one for my husband and paid thirty dollars less. The savings made me feel like a fool. The things I like. My teeth have never felt so clean. I would brush with my old toothbrush and two hours later I was wondering if I had really done the chore.I don't get toothpaste all over my clothes and body. No matter how little or how much I used it was always a mess. This brush is so quiet. I can brush without disturbing my family. It's fun to use. I like the little tingle while brushing and the gentleness of the brush. I brush my teeth and guns with no scratching. Do the medication I take l am constantly pledged with cold sores. The pain was excurseating when my old brush would hit one. It doesn't happen now.I'm happy with this brush and would buy again.T

Great Upgrade
I had a very old Sonicare toothbrush I’ve been using for probably 10 years. It finally came time to replace it. After looking at the various Sonicare models I ended up going with this model because of the four different cleaning modes and because of Bluetooth connectivity. Since I was already using a Sonicare I figured my new toothbrush would brush like my last one. I was surprised by how much better my mouth feels after brushing with this toothbrush, especially after using the deep gum cleaning mode. I imagine Sonicare’s technology has changed since I purchased my toothbrush about 10 years ago and their is a noticeable improvement. I don’t use the app all the time but used it for the first week. It was great at telling me if I was pressing too hard, moving too fast, or missing sections. It really helped me learn to brush better. You don’t have to use the app every time you brush. The toothbrush remembers your brushing sessions and when you do open the app will sync your sessions with the app. I’m unsure how many sessions it will save. After syncing, you can then check your progress and see how you’ve been doing. The brush and the app are a good combo at helping you brush better.

Sonicare brushes are always broken every 2 years
I know sonicare is said to be the best quality product for electronic toothbrush and is recommended by the dentists.I have been using it over a decade, but I can't count anymore how many times I "re"purchase the body or charger. Almost every 2 years, it does not work at all. Big garbage. I recommended to friends and family, and heard the same story. Is there any decent electronic products having the decent lifespan as the real good quality product with this price ? I remember they did not have the good customer service long time ago and I gave up for the first time it was broken, when the $200 electronic brush was not functioning in the first year. And again, this was not working at all after a year and a half. I did not even try to contact to the customer service but now we all have the difficult time to goto the dentist so I just contacted customer service at Philips. I had really an unpleasant experience like other reviews. I wish I read it and should not religiously keep buying Philips products over a decade.

Works great!!
My dentist recommended this product for my gum care. It works great. I look it on a trip with me after charging it and it kept the charge the whole time away. I would recommend this product 100%.
