If I could give it a million stars, I would! This is absolutely incredible machine that is currently saving me from a hugest neck pain flare up, that has lasted for weeks. Thank you for this amazing product, I now couldn't imagine living without it.

I never leave reviews, but this has been too helpful to not. This product has truly helped relieve some neck tension that I could not get rid of with endless chiropractor visits, massage therapists, and physical therapists. I don’t have any problem with this device being uncomfortable. I’ve been using twice daily and I truly feel a difference each time I use it.

I love the auto setting on this great device. It applies heat, electro stim and mechanical stretch via the inflating and deflating platform. After 15 minutes only I can honestly say I felt much freer and less stiffness in my neck and shoulders.

Useless. Hard plastic, clunky junk. All it does is push your head up a few inches and then let it back down. And not very gently. The heat and TENS aren’t effective. No stretching/decompression or pain relief. Uncomfortable piece of garbage. Returned. Save yourself the hassle.

This takes some getting used to, but is a useful compliment to an electronic neck massager that I use. There’s more of a neck extension range of motion than manual traction range, but still gives relief of pain. I had to work my way up to the full 15 minutes.

I don’t use it often enough but when I do, I wonder why. It’s a great product.

I have several cervical herniated discs and this device did not impress and bring much relief at all. I have other traction devices that work much better.
